About

Kim has spent twenty years working and studying in the field of change, as a strategist, journalist and experience designer.

My Theory Of Change

Where We Grow is founded on the philosophy that sustainable growth happens when we are centred:

First on our ‘time’ x axis: with a clear story of where we have come from, and a vision we want to move towards.

And also on our ‘presence’ y axis: grounded in connection with the earth, while also reaching up towards our highest potential.

Too often, groups lean on the first, and forget the second. The result is at best neutral, at worst, harmful.

Here, we bring the two together, combining mindfulness and embodiment with storytelling and strategy direction.

This is how we build sustainable change.

This is where we grow.
